The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has provided the following answer to your written parliamentary question (9863):

Question:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what progress he has made on the introduction of a private parking code of practice. (9863)

The government intends to lay a Code in autumn 2026 in accordance with the Parking (Code of Practice) Act 2019.
