Unreliable postal services have been an issue for some in different parts of Wrexham and I am grateful to people for bringing it to my attention. I know this has caused significant impact, particularly in terms of NHS letters containing important appointment information for example. I have raised the issue with the Minister responsible for postal services, Blair McDougall who has met with Royal Mail and been assured that the situation will improve. I would urge anyone who continues to experience issues to contact my office.
