Plans for plans is not real change. The people of Wales need action, not more reviews that will take months and cost more public money.

Basic questions on flagship policies remain unanswered and some of the most vulnerable people in our communities are being let down:

➡When will the childcare offer be rolled out? How much will it cost?
➡When will the Cynnal support payment be launched?
