Labour Conference 2025 was an opportunity for me to meet with organisations that constituents have contacted me about, including British Heart Foundation, Dementia UK, Magic Breakfast, StepChange Debt Charity, MCS Foundation and Pancreatic Cancer UK, along with Young Lives v Cancer and Labour Coast and Country. I was keen to hear about their work and the support they need.
I was also on 2 panels for the EY Foundation and Purpose Coalition focussing on social mobility and the skills agenda which is a real focus of work for me in Westminster and Wrexham.
A really productive and important conference in Liverpool as Labour moves into its second year in government with its plan for change.
