Services and sessions are run by Wrexham County Borough Council’s social care teams. Health providers, community groups and third sector organisations (including charities and not-for-profit groups) are also involved. The hub is there for information, advice and support. It is there to deliver preventative and alternative solutions to all different aspects of physical health, mental health and wellbeing.
