Welsh Government have launched the £1 bus ticket for single journeys for 16-21 year olds with £3 a day for unlimited travel from September. This will apply to people who have a My Travel Pass which you can apply for from 21st July MyTravelPass · Transport for Wales. Welsh Government is investing a further £7m to extend the scheme for 5-15 year olds from November 2025.
This is fantastic news for connectivity and accessibility, enabling young people to access education, training or employment across Wales.
