In the debate on Monday 8th June on the ‘Timely progress of bills through Parliament’, I raised points about the role of the House of Lords in terms of scrutiny of the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill where tactics were used to deliberately delay it so that it ran out of Parliamentary time.
I hope that the Bill will return and be taken forward again.
